Privacy Policy

Outfox exists to protect you, so we collect as little as we can and never sell your information.

What we collect

• Account details you give us: name, email, and optionally your age range and mobile number.
• Your lesson progress and which alerts you have read.
• Questions you ask the Help assistant, so you can see your conversation history.
• Reports you send us about scam numbers and websites, or about mistakes.

What we never see

• Your phone calls. Your iPhone checks callers against a list we provide, on the device.
• Your browsing history. The browser extension checks sites on your device and only asks us about a site when it looks like a possible match.
• Your text messages — except when your iPhone asks us about a message from an unknown sender. We check it and return an answer without storing or logging it.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account at any time from your account page or the app’s Settings. This permanently removes your data.
