What is Outfox?
Outfox helps you recognize and avoid scams and online threats. Quick lessons teach you the tricks scammers use, the Help assistant answers your questions, Alerts warn you about new scams, and Block stops known scam calls, texts and websites.
What does it cost?
Your account and the browser extension are free. Blocking on iPhone will be $4.99 a month, or $9.99 a month for up to 8 family members. During our beta, blocking is free.
Can Outfox see my calls, texts or browsing?
No. Outfox gives your phone and browser a list of known scam numbers and websites, and the checking happens on your device. When your iPhone asks us about a text from an unknown sender, we check it and immediately forget it — nothing is stored.
Can I add family members?
Family plans for up to 8 people are coming soon. Each person gets their own account and progress.
Outfox blocked a website I trust. What do I do?
On the block page, choose "Report a mistake". We review every report and fix mistakes quickly. You can also choose "Proceed anyway" if you are sure the site is safe.
How do I report a bug or give feedback?
